Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional Waiter to join a luxury wilderness reserve in Clanwilliam. This role is ideal for a guest-focused individual who delivers exceptional service in a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and personalised service to guests in all dining areas.
Set up and maintain dining areas to luxury standards.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury lodge hotel or similar environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
