What Youll Do:


  • Address and resolve user tickets related to hardware software and networking issues

  • Provide walk-in center support to end users

  • Guide users through application installations and computer peripheral setup

  • Ask targeted questions to accurately diagnose technical issues

  • Provide clear step-by-step guidance to users

  • Perform remote troubleshooting and testing of alternative solutions

  • Customize desktop applications to meet user requirements

  • Record technical issues and resolutions in support logs and ticketing systems

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support

  • Follow up with users to ensure systems are fully functional

  • Collect and report customer feedback and potential improvement requests

  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals

  • Perform device imaging and setup through the network

  • Support Apple / Mac devices alongside Windows and Linux systems




  • Requirements

    Educational Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent relevant work experience

    • Proven experience in analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

    • Experience working in an Agile methodology environment

    • 34 years of hands-on experience in Level 2 Onsite Technical Support

    • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer Technical Support Engineer or similar role


    Technical Skills

    • Strong hands-on experience with:

      • Windows 10 & 11

      • Office 365

      • OneDrive

      • Intune

      • ServiceNow

    • Hands-on experience with Windows Linux and Mac OS environments

    • Experience with network-based imaging and device setup

    • Working knowledge of office automation tools and peripherals such as printers and scanners

    • Understanding of network security practices and anti-virus solutions

    • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting efficiently
