Summit Search Group has been retained by Tripwire to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Manager to help drive the companys next stage of intentional growth. This is a relationship-led role for someone who blends business development instincts with marketing intelligence and who believes that meaningful stories build meaningful businesses.
This position is approximately 70% sales / business development and 30% marketing focused on unlocking new higher-value client relationships while helping refine Tripwires positioning messaging and go-to-market strategy.

The Opportunity
The Business Development & Marketing Manager will play a visible influential role in expanding Tripwires client portfolio. This is not a cold-call-heavy sales role. Instead its about building trust opening doors and translating Tripwires purpose and creative strength into long-term partnerships.
Youll work closely with leadership to evolve Tripwires niche focus refine its offerings and drive sustainable revenue growth while also contributing to marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and showcase impact.
