Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational structures roles and operating models
- Develop organizational design and transformation recommendations
- Plan and support change management and adoption activities
- Engage stakeholders and support communication efforts
- Prepare change plans readiness assessments and support materials
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in organizational design or change management
- Experience supporting transformation or modernization initiatives
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical experience applying change management approaches
