Skills required and Qualifications:

Must have:

12 years of SAP SD experience including leadership roles on large complex SAP programs
Proven delivery of at least 3 full end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation programs as SD Workstream Lead (from design through go-live and hypercare)
Hands-on experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects (Brownfield) including functional impact assessment remediation and business continuity planning
Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash in complex commercial and Commodity management
Solid understanding of revenue accounting principles and revenue recognition concepts and how SD design impacts financial outcomes
Demonstrated ability to lead and govern offshore delivery teams including design oversight quality assurance and delivery management
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior business and program leadership

Experience working in large-scale multi-workstream transformation programs - Experience with global template rollouts and multi-country deployments
Prior experience delivering SAP SD in a mining or heavy industrial environment
