The role designed for you:

In your Internship as Quotation Specialist you will be part of our Italian Customer Care team based in Verona and you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target supporting the Sales Team in the accomplishment and quotation of special-making orders.

You will manage the receipt of special-order requests on SAP from Customer Support colleagues relating to bespoke products and special makings.
You will take care of the evaluation of requests relating with other departments when necessary (e.g. logistics / R&D / marketing)
You will follow up on feasibility timing and requirements for the requested production and will be responsible for determining the offer
You will support the updating of the general Italian price list on the management system
You will ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action dates complete information sources

The attitudes and skills were looking for:

You are a Bachelor/Master final year student or you just graduated.
You are goal oriented have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are reliable flexible and great with people.
You are curious eager to learn and have a hands-on approach.
You have a good knowledge of Excel and other IT tools while knowledge of SAP is a plus.
You have a team-work and customer-centric approach
You are fluent in Italian and English
