We are a women-led recruiting and talent advisory firm operating in stealth mode. We partner with companies as a dedicated internal recruiting function supporting end-to-end hiring while clients retain full ownership of every hire. As an early-stage firm our positioning offerings and go-to-market approach are still being refined. This creates a unique opportunity to help shape how the business grows.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional job. We are looking to partner with a Business Development professional who will collaborate with us to bring in clients and projects develop sales decks and proposals and help shape our services pricing and sales processes. The engagement begins as a freelance / consulting arrangement with clear performance expectations. If there is strong alignment and results this can evolve into a long-term strategic partnership with deeper involvement in the business.
Scope of Collaboration
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client partnerships
Lead discovery conversations and qualify client needs
Create and tailor sales decks proposals and pitch materials
Help shape service offerings pricing models and positioning
Build and manage a sales pipeline and outreach strategy
Collaborate closely with leadership on growth initiatives
Share insights on market trends buyer needs and competitive landscape
Support client onboarding and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams
Build long-term relationships and drive repeat engagements
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in business development sales or partnerships (B2B preferred)
Comfortable selling services (recruitment HR outsourcing consulting or professional services is a plus)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to produce clear persuasive decks and proposals
Strategic self-directed and comfortable working with autonomy
Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Interest in long-term growth influence and deeper involvement over time
Philippines-based with experience working with international clients preferred
Nice to Have
Background in recruitment staffing HR or outsourcing
Experience building go-to-market strategies or sales processes
Familiarity with CRM tools Google Slides PowerPoint Canva or Notion
Existing relationships with founders startups or business owners
