JOB TITLE: Lead Generation/Appointment Setting Consultant
Type: Part time; 30 hours per week
Rate: 7AUD/hour
Industry: Software/IT
Purpose: The position is multitasking and not just limited for appointment setting specialists who are responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.
Consultant will be responsible for following up with prospects who have made an inquiry reaching them on the phone and scheduling an appointment or zoom call with the Technical team for any questions they may have after initial phone call.
Qualifications
Must have the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone etiquette for effective cold calls.
Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking.
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
The ability to think strategically
A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
Tech savvy
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reach out to people who have made an initial inquiry and schedule meetings with qualified leads for sales reps.
Research and identify new business opportunities - building a contact list
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Track interactions for reporting and analysis.
Uploading contact information of prospects to the CRM
