JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory

Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology

DEA: Active DEA Certification

Certifications: BLS or ACLS

Experience: Recent graduates up to four years or experienced providers accepted

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient nephrology care

Manage dialysis therapies and kidney replacement treatments

Participate in on-call coverage including nights weekends and holidays

Perform consultative services and procedures within granted privileges

Document all care in the electronic health record and comply with agency policies

Any other duties as assigned
