Kinley Ames is seeking qualified Childcare Teachers with a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience passion and knowledge of early childhood education to help create a positive safe and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote childrens cognitive emotional and physical development.
Develop and execute lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of children.
Create a nurturing environment where children feel safe supported and engaged in their learning.
Monitor the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
Lead and mentor assistant teachers or aides to support classroom activities.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their childs progress behavior and any concerns.
Maintain compliance with state regulations company policies and licensing requirements.
Foster social emotional and intellectual growth through hands-on interactive activities.
Document daily activities lesson plans and childrens progress for reporting and parent communication.
Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
Requirements
CDA (Child Development Associate) credential is required.
Prior experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (e.g. CPR First Aid).
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
Travel assignments are required.
Must reside in Oklahoma (any city).
