Job Summary

- Coach train and support Member Services staff members and volunteers
- Meet and/or exceed annual benchmarks set for new membership acquisition and other service standards
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Organized and exceptional time management skills
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work within a busy customer centered environment; managing several tasks simultaneously
- Support and promote a culture of volunteerism and philanthropy
Wed love to hear with people with:
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Standard First Aid and CPR is an asset
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products
Competencies:

Position details:
- We have two full-time openings for this role; one at Kelowna Family Y and one at H2O Adventure Fitness Centre
- Compensation: Starting wage of $22.97 per hour plus the YMCA of Southern Interior BC offers a competitive compensation package and benefits program including:
- Paid vacation and sick days

- Annual Y pension of 5% (after 2 years)
