- Coach train and support Member Services staff members and volunteers
- Meet and/or exceed annual benchmarks set for new membership acquisition and other service standards

- Service Orientated: Deliberately identifies and creates opportunities to enhance each and every individuals YMCA experience. Creates action plans to resolve any service gap areas.
- Relationship Building and Collaboration: Builds positive interactions listens attentively and communicates effectively to create an open communication environment. Share information best practices and resources.
Position details:
- We have two full-time openings for this role; one at Kelowna Family Y and one at H2O Adventure Fitness Centre
- Compensation: Starting wage of $22.97 per hour plus the YMCA of Southern Interior BC offers a competitive compensation package and benefits program including:
- Paid vacation and sick days
- Family responsibility days for family members
- Extended health and dental
- Membership to Y facilities for self and family
- Annual Y pension of 5% (after 2 years)
