You will bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to every shift. A key component of the role is coaching and mentoring the team helping them to develop the new skills and demonstrate the behaviours that create amazing customer a Customer Experience Supervisor you will be responsible for:Delivering outstanding service to all our patronsEnsuring that the Customer Experience team have accurate information relating to daily occurrences within the venue that will impact patrons and membersResponsibility for the supervision and coordination of staff throughout their shift including their breaks across multiple sitesAssisting with retail including stocktakeAssisting Customer Experience Manager with projects and administrationEnsuring staff behaviours & standards are always metPromoting SSCs activities such as School Holidays Swim School Childcare Family Activities and Membership drivesCompleting any ad hoc duties as requiredAdherence to Compliance of SSC policies supervision of staff adherence and shift managementDetailed and accurate reporting of incidents and near missesRequired skills and Qualifications: Current Victorian Working With Childrens CheckCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent CPR CertificateWhy is this a great place to workYou will love working at State Sport Centres Trust Sports Centres.
