Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Deliver Operation lead to join our team in Thailand. TH Deliver Operation Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Deliver function maintaining compliance with industry standards and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

The role is responsible for the overall operations management of 4PL for TH market which includes warehouse and distribution customer service inventory management and inbound shipment. Ownership of managing TH 4PL service provider and Custom Broker relationship and performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Oversight all aspects of day-to-day 4PL operation including warehouse distribution and Customer service ensure 4PL and suppliers are delivering contractual obligations in term of operation metrics cost service quality and safety target.
• Manage the TH deliver operation activities and performance for import and export shipment through custom broker and inbound/export transportation supplier.
• Support for JNJ SAP transaction order processing financial closing process inventory management and reconciliation invoice and payment process as well as required report.
• Drive the 4PL performance excellence through regularly 4PL performance review identify continuous improvement opportunity levering best practice sharing/regional strategic initiatives
• Manage all internal & external audits to enhance compliance excellence.
• Lead for any Deliver operation related Issue management for 4PL supplier ensure to meet the external customer and commercial / JSC requirements.
• Work closely with the Quality EHS and Compliance team to ensure target setting and achieving. Fully support any internal/external audit and close all findings with address the effectively CAPA in timely manner by internal/external party.
• Support NPI launch to drive business growth through Deliver process system and capability readiness
• Collaborate with Procurement team for tendering process manage the 4PL daily operation cost and continuously drive the efficiency through CIP initiatives.
• Support SEA Deliver Lead and cross function stakeholders for any local or regional strategic initiatives and program implementation
• Responsible for TH Deliver operation team for driving all related issue resolution collaborating with cross functions
• Responsible for TH team management develop a high performance team through team development

Education and experience requirements

• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent. Preferred area of study: Business Logistics Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management. 2 years people management experience. Preferred related industry experience: Logistics & Supply Chain Customer Service Planning
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong Deliver operation experience excellence problem solving skill to manage on ground transaction and PM skill to lead and deliver the strategic/ cost saving projects.
• Experience in supply relationship negotiation and management. Proven ability to develop strong relationship with stakeholders and influence them for critical decision.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal (English & Thai)
