Assistant Housekeeping Manager Position

Position Overview

Trinity Landing located at 5450 Trinity Landing Way is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This is a full-time in-person position with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of the housekeeping department. This position is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout all areas. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the housekeeping staff managing inventory and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Ensure that all areas within the facility are kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
Manage housekeeping inventory including ordering supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations and resolve any interdepartmental issues that may arise.
Address and resolve any housekeeping-related problems promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field is required.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage the housekeeping team and department operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a positive working environment and coordinate with other departments.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
