Maintenance Worker

You and your family will have access to LYRA an industry leading platform that provides comprehensive support and a myriad of resources to help support your physical mental financial and social : A continuous focus on professional development with many opportunities for training & career Focused:We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the Youll Do:Conduct routine inspections of premises and fill and inspect propane tanks in accordance with company procedures and safety all propane equipment is maintained clean and in safe working propane tanks including moving purging sanding and preventative maintenance maintain Tank all safety policies wear required PPE and immediately report hazards or unsafe the yard and work areas clean organized and free of general maintenance tasks such as stocking sweeping organizing and inspecting with receiving deliveries and checking product equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are mechanical issues and correcting duties as you bring:Proven maintenance school diploma or general education degree (GED).Skilled in the use of hand and power to take apart machines equipment or devices to remove and replace defective to check blueprints repair manuals or parts catalogs as to use common tools such as hammers hoists saws drills and with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing performing routine organizational and follow-up for presentation and to maintain focus while working time management Class A or B preferredTanker & Hazmat Endorsement preferredLegal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job the employee may be regularly required to stand sit talk hear reach stoop kneel and use manual dexterity using hands and fingers to operate a computer telephone and keyboard. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer ConditionsWork is typically performed in a climate-controlled office; however the role requires substantial outdoor work for a considerable portion of the time setting. The employee may be required to travel to locations outside of the normal office environment with advanced notice.
