Job Summary

Unit Role: HQ Field Army directs the preparation and generation of forces for current and contingent Operations and for persistent engagement overseas.
Position Role: Ensure delivery of the RAPSTONE DigiTx programmes change plan.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand the needs of HQs and Units including any barriers to implementation C through engagement and use of change best practice support organisations to create the conditions necessary for the successful implementation of the specified change and its delivery into BAU.
2. Develop and deliver training and other supporting materials.
3. Engage with Div CIs and the CI Network in support of the implementation and to ensure changes become BAU.
4. Assess if change activities are being effective feedback suggestions for improvment to direction / SO1s applications and change activities.
5. As required by the RAPSTONE DigiTx PM undertake measurements to inform outcome and benefit delivery.
6. Support and represent SO3 RAPSTONE Digi Tx Ops Team Leader as required.
