Review and Oversee Training Delivery
Revise and supervise the execution of the Unit Training Plan (Military Trade Adventurous Training Force Development and Professional Development) ensuring effective delivery through qualified Unit instructors.
Ensure Compliance in Training Facilitation
Coordinate and facilitate Unit training activities guaranteeing that S4 documentation and risk assessments are completed in accordance with Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) standards.
Instructor Management and Qualification Assurance
Lead and manage Unit instructors ensuring they maintain appropriate qualifications and competencies required for training delivery.
Implement Pan-Defence Skills Framework
Oversee the integration and application of the Pan Defence Skills Framework within JSSU(R) aligning with organisational objectives.
Maintain Professional Competence
Sustain personal proficiency in JCG DSE and PAG disciplines to effectively manage support and contribute to Unit training requirements.
Manage Communication and Recruitment Strategy
Administer the Unit communication strategy across multiple IT platforms actively supporting and contributing to the Unit Recruitment Plan.
