The Spa Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences for our guests by embodying and elevating the essence of relaxation and wellness. With your expertise our spa will be a sanctuary where guests can unwind and rejuvenate making each visit a memorable role requires a combination of leadership skills organizational abilities and a passion for wellness and luxury serviceShifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days evenings & : $90K - $100 Per annumLocation: Canmore AlbertaKey Responsibilities 1. Staff ManagementRecruit train and manage spa staff (therapists receptionists maintenance) to ensure high-quality efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer performance reviews provide feedback and offer development opportunities.2. Customer ExperienceEnsure that guests have a positive and relaxing customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and professional high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent service quality. Regularly evaluating service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.3. Financial ManagementOversee budgeting and financial and analyze revenue expenses and pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive pricing.4. Operational EfficiencyEnsure the spa is clean well-maintained and properly stocked with supplies products and equipment inventory maintain adequate stock levels and order new supplies as spa services and treatments ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.5. Marketing and PromotionsWork with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing seasonal offers and packages to increase an online presence (website social media) to promote services and maintain customer engagement.6. Health & SafetyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry inspect the spas facilities and equipment for safety and proper sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed.7. Sales and Revenue GrowthMonitor the performance of spa services and suggest treatments and products to long-term goals and business strategies for the spa identify growth and expansion opportunities and incorporate industry trends and or certification in hospitality management business administration or related in spa management or a related field is an experience as a spa manager or in a similar role at a Nordic aid trained or willing to undertake first aid training.
