Requirements

Core Focus: Grow revenue with Net New Clients. Establish a pipeline of customers across all FOT products and services. BDE will deliver new business and hand-off to Client Care Coordinators to manage the business relationship.

  • New Business Development and Delivery: Generate leads create activities for new client appointments and closed sales.


  • Consulting & Collaboration: Acting as a consultant to client to educate address pain points and deliver solutions using FOT prescribed products and services. Coordinate internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver solutions.


  • Sales Cycle Leadership (Lead to Order): Handling quotes proposals walk-throughs order presentation and delivery


  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining client communications pipeline and forecast using the CRM tool.
