Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by explaining recommended services and repairs clearly and professionally
Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate service options
Communicate service progress and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Stay current on new products features and accessories by attending required training
Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
Hire train and supervise service department personnel while monitoring performance
Establish departmental goals including annual operating budgets and marketing plans
Promote customer satisfaction and maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI)
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
High school diploma or higher education required
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Motivated team-oriented professional with a drive for continuous improvement
