This role is open to candidates outside the current region who are willing to relocate to the Omaha NE territory. Location: Omaha NE (relocation required)
Travel: Up to 75% travel across NE IA ND and MD
What Youll Do
Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities providing guidance training and support both onsite and virtually.
Drive and maintain 95% occupancy through effective sales marketing and public relations strategies.
Coach sales teams on relationship-building with prospects families and referral partners throughout the decision-making process.
Partner with Executive Directors to address challenges drive growth and achieve business goals.
Support community events direct mail efforts networking activities and advertising initiatives.
Develop KPI-driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community.
Serve as an Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed supporting tours lead generation and CRM accuracy.
Participate in recruiting interviewing and onboarding new sales team members.
Maintain regular communication with the CEO to support strategy development brainstorming and execution.
What You Bring
Proven sales experience in senior living healthcare hospitality or real estate.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to drive results across multiple markets.
Leadership experience with a focus on coaching mentoring and developing teams.
Solid understanding of KPIs ROI and budget management.
Associates degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to the Omaha NE area and travel extensively within the region including occasional evenings or weekends.
