In Retirement Technology we work with segment and business leaders to define their systems development needs facilitate product management and deliver high-quality software and support. We also deliver systems software development user and technology support to clients across the Philippines and our six-month internship youll do more than just experience this work youll help us deliver it.

Joining us for six months youll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders you will:

  • Develop enhance and support suite of system interfaces and reports and SQL technologies
  • Provide ongoing support to the Retirement Technology Solutions team
  • Learn every day through a full induction on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

This internship is the perfect way to understand what we do and how closely our offering matches your career ambitions. It also presents an excellent opportunity for learning and potential full-time employment with us.

Requirements:

To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship youll need to be:

  • In your penultimate or final year of university
  • Studying for a degree inInformation Technology Information Systems Computer Science Software Development Engineering or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience or familiarity in web development
  • Experience or familiarity with source code version control
  • Willing and eager to learn new technologies
  • A strong written and verbal communicator
  • A quick learner whos keen to solve challenging technical problems
  • A natural team player

While not essential knowledge development relational databases Agile and Scrum methodologies would also be advantageous.

Workstyles:

Were open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
