Job Summary
As a Back-end Software Developer you will play a crucial role in the design development and maintenance of cutting-edge software applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the scalability reliability and performance of our software solutions.
You will be responsible for designing & developing back-end microservices APIs and related business logic. Ideal candidates must have strong proficiency in C# .net event-driven architecture MSSQL queries and have proven experience creating REST API consumed by web and mobiles order to fulfill this role the candidate must also be an open-minded and creative team player. Good time management and project management skills are a must.
Duties and responsibilities
- Create and maintain SQL stored procedures Rest API in C# .net and other scripts as needed by the project
- Build reusable components and libraries for future use
- Ensure scalability reliability and optimal performance of the software
- Collaborate with other development teams on support and peer code review.
- Provide guidance mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers fostering their skill development and professional growth
- Work closely with clients Front-end and Back-end team DevOps and project managers to create strong and effective applications
- Create detailed technical documentation including system diagrams API documentation and user guides ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer within the team.
- Responsible for adhering to best practices in coding ensuring the quality maintainability and efficiency of the code.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field
- 5 years of experience in software development
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong proficiency in C# .net CORE and LINQ Entity Framework
- Proficient in SQL programming languages.
- Experience with AWS components (SQS SNS Lambda function) and Gitlab CI/CD processes are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
