Job Summary:
ServicesAdminprimarilyprovides administrativesupportto Arionssenior leadersmanagement team(s) and corporate role issecondarily responsible for planning organizing and executing our employee engagement events as well as supporting execution of large meetings andoccasionalindustry is afull-time roleworking in-office Tuesday Thursdaywith flexibility to work on Mondays and Fridaysfrom homewhen position reports directly to the Corporate Services Manager.
Description of Responsibilities:
AdminSupport:
Schedule appointments andmaintaincalendars
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Prepare and edit communications such as letters emails reports and otherdocuments and/orcorrespondence
Manage space planningfor new hiresandcoordinateinternal office moves
Reconcilecredit card expendituresandassistwith expense report submissions
Provide backup support for access control andfacility work order management
Copying digital filing data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned
EngagementEvent Support:
Working with Corporate Services teamand with guidance from Corporate Services Managerbrainstormresearch plan organize and execute company engagement touchpoints and events
Communicate with A-Team and management teamsfor event updates and milestones
Qualifications/ Education requirementsspecific to this role:
HS Diploma or GEDrequired;Bachelors Degreepreferred
5years ofprogressive administrativework experiencesupporting managementpreferred
2 years of corporate event planning experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication time management and social awareness skills.
Attention to detail critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and be team player
Ability to handle confidential materialwith discretion
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities.
Proven ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
Ability to work cross-functionally with various team members atdifferent levelsof the organization.
Must be able to read write speakfluentlyandcomprehendthe English language.

Work is primarily conducted in an office environment
This role does not require travel.
Arions CoreHours are8a-4p M-F.
