Order and Logistics Coordinator for Design Center Hilo, Hawaii

The minimum starting pay for our Design Center Order and Logistics Coordinator in Hilo is $19.25 to $22.10 per hour.

HPM Building Supply in Hilo Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Design Center Order and Logistrics Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations within the Design Center. This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Design Center sales team ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial consultation through to order fulfillment.

The typical schedule for the Design Center Order and Logistics Coordinator is:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Flexibility on the start and end time with the ability to work an 8-hour day between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
• No weekends!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to masterfully deliver customer service: handle sensitive customer information with discretion set realistic customer expectations and know how to effectively and honestly communicate reasons for delays or errors while maintaining customer satisfaction and faith in HPM
• Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred
• Intermediate computer skills are necessary including proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn others quickly
• Knowledge of building materials/construction process from start to finish is a plus
