Your ideas are our positions would be located at our Calgary Alberta : PermanentFull-timeNumber of Vacancies: 4NOC: 22313Duties & ResponsibilitiesQualified to perform electrical wire and system installation tasks under the supervision of a licensed Avionics Technician in an AMO environmentResponsible for the assigned leader and have ability to take direction verbally and through printed mediaBasic knowledge of Standard Wiring Practices and Avionics Systems; ability to accurately interpret maintenance manuals service bulletins wiring diagrams system schematics engineering orders test documents and manufacturers installation manualsHave a basic understanding of other aircraft systems i.e. hydraulics flight controls and major componentsInstall maintain troubleshoot and repair avionics systems and equipment including communication navigation flight control and entertainment fabricate parts and fabricate per drawings and standard practices wire bundles and assemblies to include properly securing wires into bundles and terminating wires into a variety of contacts and connectorsPerform system checks and inspections to ensure avionics systems are in compliance with industry and safety standardsKeep accurate records of all work performed and maintain inventory of tools and equipmentMaintain a clean work area and alert the leadership team of any safety concerns; take immediate action or report immediately any unsafe conditionsResponsible for ensuring both accuracy and traceability of parts removed or installed on AircraftPerform other work as assigned and be willing to work shift workProperly utilize Avionics test equipment to perform systems tests.
