Job Summary

Role Impact:

The Specialist Marketing - Marketing Communications (MarCom) will bring experience and passion to Marketing and play a part in building messaging and creative in CFs campaigns to connect and engage with customers across all CF properties. This role will be responsible for ideating planning and delivering marketing communications on their responsible programs and supporting cross-functional teams who brief MarCom on required campaigns or creative and ensure assets are delivered on time budget and optimized for success on the required channel or customer segment.

What you will deliver:

  • Work closely with the design team within MarCom to build and deliver creative to achieve success against the ask in briefs that are received and refined in collaboration with the project owner.
  • Work closely with copywriter to suggest and edit messaging within creative campaigns leveraging key insights and business objectives to connect and engage customers.
  • Track and monitor the creative assets requirements and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Support Regional Marketing to develop and review property or client specific marketing communications creative and content.
  • Support Digital Marketing on creative briefs for digital channel assets and deliver optimal creative to digital channel custom requirements.
  • Actively demonstrate and share a strong understanding of CF Brand Guidelines to ensure marketing communications are aligned and showcase the brand in a consistent way to deliver a positive perception with CFs customers.

  • Data driven strategic mindset to incorporate insights and learnings into programs. Ability to apply a test and learn approach for ongoing program optimization.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders and ability to manage any challenges to successfully deliver against project goals budgets and timelines.
  • Strong team building skills at a specialist level and act as a strong role model against CF Values amongst the team.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Communications client or agency side is preferred
  • Post-secondary education preferably in Business Marketing Communications Digital Marketing or Event Marketing.
  • Knowledge in project management tool Asana.
  • Knowledge in budget and invoice management tools.
  • Knowledge in Google Suite.

Starting base salary for this job level may range from $58194 to $77592. The actual base salary offered will consider several factors including but not limited to the role experiences skills & qualifications location market and internal considerations; with this context CF reserves the right to pay above this range.
