Customer Experience Officers & Supervisors Melbourne Sports and Aquatics Centre (MSAC) & State Netball and Hockey Centre (SNHC)State Sport Centres Trust is excited to invite expressions of interest for an upcoming Customer Experience Assessment Centre supporting recruitment and talent pooling across Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) and Parkville (PV). This will be held on Thursday the 12th of February is a great opportunity for passionate customer-focused team members who are ready to grow step into new opportunities or be considered for future roles. The purpose of this assessment centre is to conduct recruitment for current vacancies and talent pool for future Customer Experience opportunities across MSAC and The Role:Our Customer Experience Team is the face of our organisation dedicated to delivering world-class service. As a Customer Experience Officer youll be the first point of contact for customers resolving issues quickly with a positive can-do attitude. As a Customer Experience Supervisor youll lead by example coach and mentor the team and set high standards to create exceptional experiences.
