HSP volunteers help clients adjust to a new country and community by providing essential support during the initial settlement period. Volunteers work in tandem with Red Cross caseworkers and Community Navigators to build confidence self-sufficiency and community connections for OpportunityHSP volunteers are friendly accepting and flexible individuals who are motivated to support the learning and comfortable settlement of newly arrived a HSP volunteer you will have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring a smooth settlement through the following areas: Welcome Orientation Admin Employment Transport Bilingual Support and Cross will ensure you have training ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the worlds largest humanitarian ImpactHSP volunteers are a vital connection between refugees and their new communities. As part of the Humanitarian Settlement Program you will contribute to creating a friendly and inclusive environment that will help refugees feel welcome.
