Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant II person will be responsible for being the face of Hammon Plating Palo Alto. This person will answer direct and contend will all incoming calls. They will support staff as necessary doing data entry and support however needed. This person should be very organized and have a high attention to detail. This person will support our executive team in a professional manner.

Job Description

Professionally answer contend with and direct incoming calls
Data entry when needed; Update database as needed
Assist and support all areas of staff
Respond professionally and amiably to requests for administrative support or assistance
Assist other staff in administrative tasks as requested.
