Job Summary
Lyon College School of Dental Medicine - Support Analyst I
The Lyon College School of Dental Medicine is seeking a dedicated Support Analyst I to join our Information Technology this role you will be instrumental in providing support for faculty staff and students across Lyon College directly contributing to the excellence of our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems and software Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Configure and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Uphold IT security protocols to protect institutional data.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 1 or more years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols and an understanding of privacy standards.
- An excellent ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally to users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Working knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications.
