The Role: Lead a Flagship Nursery in E17

We are looking for a visionary leader to take full ownership of our high-energy N Walthamstow nursery. This is a role for a strategic thinker who can lead a large diverse team and navigate the complexities of a high-occupancy nursery.

Your Role as a Change-Maker

As our Nursery Manager you will:

Inspire Excellence: Lead a high-performing team of Educators to deliver our bespoke N Pedagogy.
Drive Innovation: Use your expertise to ensure the nursery is Outstandingly Outstanding.
Build Community: Create lasting partnerships with our families and local community partners.
Master Operations: Seamlessly manage budgets compliance and safeguarding (DSL).
Achieve WIGs: Tackle our Wildly Important Goals to make us the most loved nursery group in the world.

What Youll Need to Succeed

Experience: At least 2 years as a Nursery Manager (experience with large or multi-sites is a huge plus).
Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
Mindset: A people person who excels at hiring retaining and coaching top talent.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of EYFS Ofsted requirements commercial awareness and safeguarding.
