As a Capital Projects and Infrastructure Manageryoullwork as part of a team offinancial advisorshelping to solve complexfinancing and strategychallenges faced by our clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Advisingpublic and private sector clients on industry practices in the planning financingcapital raisingacquiring divestingand management of capital and infrastructure projectsand supportingthem in the implementation of these recommendations
Advisingclientson theirM&Astrategy and approachidentification of acquisition/divestituretargetsassetvaluations leveragecapacityandfinancial analysisoflevered and unlevered returns
Formulatingpitch presentations illustratingour approach to mandatesourqualificationsandourvalueproposition to clients
Executingcapital-raising andsell-side M&A mandatesincludingcoordinationofbuyersdevelopingmarketing documents such as teasers confidential information memorandums and management presentations advertising the merits and investment highlights of an asset or company
Executingbuy-side M&A mandates including the due diligenceofacquisition targets includingtheidentification of key transaction risks and mitigantsand completingvaluation impact analysis of keyvariables
Negotiating term sheetsandpurchase and sale agreementsfor completion of M&A transactions
Development ofcomplex financial modelsusedinequity valuation andproject finance
Develop an in-depth understanding of various infrastructure sectors such asutilities renewablestransportation and social infrastructure
Develop your network of business relationships in the public and private sector as well as in the community of lenders investors legaladvisorsand technical advisors
Manage projects and review the work of other team members for qualityaccuracyand relevance
Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve
Experience in capital projects and infrastructurein an industry or consulting capacity. Experience in project finance or in financial modeling is considered an asset
Strong communication presentation and writing skills including the ability to understand and effectively summarize complex documents
An interest infinance M&A capital raisingwith a foundational knowledge in valuation
Ability toreview and ensure accuracy of work withan interest in coaching more junior staff
Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
A university degree ina relevantdiscipline (business accounting finance law engineering etc.)
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

The salary range for this position is$84700 -$134700. The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
