As a Pastry Junior Sous Chefyoull love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring the Pastry team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will ensure the smooth running of your section and maintain the Dorchester standards at all times
- You will be involved in the creative menu development from time to time and will support the executive pastry chef.
- Youll also be responsible for ensuring the team adhere to all food safety ordering foot stock rotation and managing wastage on a daily basis
