About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Prompt Engineer to design optimize and refine prompts that drive advanced AI models. This role bridges the gap between human creativity and machine intelligence ensuring that AI systems deliver accurate context-aware and business-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product engineering design) to integrate AI solutions into workflows.
Conduct experiments to evaluate prompt effectiveness accuracy and efficiency.
Document best practices for prompt engineering and share knowledge across teams.
Stay updated on advancements in AI NLP and generative technologies.
Troubleshoot and refine AI outputs to improve reliability and reduce bias.

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong background in NLP machine learning or computational linguistics.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face).
Experience with LLMs such as GPT Claude or similar generative AI models.
Analytical mindset with the ability to test measure and iterate quickly.
Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into effective AI prompts.
Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-evolving AI environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in applied AI for industries such as healthcare finance or customer service.
Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.
Background in linguistics psychology or human-computer interaction.
