You will support the full product lifecycle including research development launch optimization and product administration. You will work in our office in Waterloo ON a minimum of two (2) assigned consecutive days every other week plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum you will be doing:Assist in the design and launch of new wealth products including segregated funds GIAs and payout solutions;Support product enhancements based on market trends client feedback and regulatory changes;Support product-related administrative activities including commission schedule updates statement notes annual Fund Facts refresh and segregated fund annual reporting;Continuously monitor competitor activity pricing strategies product features and distribution tactics;Conduct research to identify emerging trends and customer insights;Translate findings into actionable product strategies and positioning;Provide regular insights and benchmarking reports to inform product strategy;Work closely with marketing distribution actuarial legal and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery;Support training and enablement for advisors and sales teams;Track product performance metrics;Analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making;Ensure products meet all regulatory requirements and internal governance standards;Assist in preparing documentation for approvals and you will bring:Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; 2 years experience in financial services or insurance;Strong knowledge of insurance-based investment products including their regulatory environment and strategic positioning;Skilled in leveraging data insights and performance metrics to inform strategy;Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization;High level of accuracy in documentation analysis and execution;Experience partnering across Marketing Distribution Operations and other in it for you:A workplace where care passion and curiosity arent just values theyre how we work grow and succeed together every day;A healthy work-life balance with employee wellness top of mind;Annual bonus program annual vacation allowance and company-paid benefits program;Generous vacation package with one volunteer day to give back to a charity of your choice;Immediate enrollment in the companys pension program with employer matching;Employee resource groups that support an inclusive work environment;Tuition support and specialized program assistance; An onsite full-service cafeteria with a variety of daily options;Discounts on company products and services and access to exclusive employee perks; Regular EQ Together events focused on company togetherness and part of the recruitment process candidates may be asked to complete an assessment and will be required to undergo background screening in accordance with company Equitable were committed to fair pay and an inclusive accessible hiring experience.
