Job Summary

Manage full accounting operations: GL AR AP tax payroll and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
Use QuickBooks for accounting reporting and analysis.
Design and control management systems across finance sales inventory and purchasing.
Collaborate with departments to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Support ERP or IT system implementation and maintenance.
Lead and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
715 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles payroll tax and financial reporting.
Advanced QuickBooks skills; ERP or IT system experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to design and control company-wide operational systems.
