Assist with after hours tasks such as events and services. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesParticipates in weekly staffing meetings with direct supervisor for the purpose of addressing family and child visits and provides caseworker/liaison with detailed written visitation reports of each assigned family and in person communication if there are any concerns or needs that transportation for children and families to identified appointments related to their specific case plan and documents complete case records of each transport. Assist department in identifying resources for families i.e. phone calls setting appointments department in obtaining necessary paperwork to meet the needs of families. Assists caseworkers/liaisons with paperwork filing and uploading into databases and other case management need to transport children out of state/or assist caseworkers/liaisons in these to respond to afterhours emergencies as in scheduling visitations to meet familys needs including some nights holidays and multiple calendars and schedules. Promptly follows up with supervisor and initiates appropriate actions if there are any concerns with the current assigned confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries regarding in departmental staff meetings and continuously engage in professional development including but not limited to cross training throughout the department and best practices of child welfare service in departmental community events.
