Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Center and Call Center team to ensure regular process support for business teams including monitoring process status resolving process issues and handling escalated tickets.
- Build trusted partnership with Business Units translate process pain points and needs into operational solutions and independently work with cross-functional teams to drive effective implementation.
- Provide analysis on process data and generate regular reports as well as tailor-made ones.
- Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Policy/Process training and new joiner orientation for business teams.
- Ad hoc support on projects and assignments.
Qualification Requirement
- Bachelors degree or above with 3-5 years of business support experience inmulti-national company.
- A great team player with strong communication skills.
- Experience in leading projects is preferred.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving capability.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Strong self-awareness adaptability and aspiration
