The Organization:
Mount Carmel Clinic is a long-standing community-based health organization serving Winnipegs inner city. With a $17.5M operating budget approximately 160 staff and more than 15 integrated programs and services the organization supports roughly 10000 clients and community members each year. Operating across multiple connected facilities in Winnipegs north end Mount Carmel Clinic delivers primary care social services and community programming to populations who need it most.
The Opportunity
The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role with broad responsibility across finance operations HR IT and facilities. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Executive Director the role is focused on building strong infrastructure improving internal systems and enabling the organization to operate efficiently and sustainably.
While the role is strategic in nature the successful candidate must also be hands-on and adaptable able to step in and ensure continuity when operational gaps arise. This is a meaningful opportunity for a CPA who wants to apply strong financial and operational expertise in service of community impact.
