Whats the role
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage Agile delivery activities across Customer Solutions Contact Centres ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value to customers people and the business. The role is accountable for defining and shaping work through epics and user stories facilitating refinement and alignment with squads and supporting delivery planning through roadmap input and cross-functional activities. It involves driving clarity of scope ensuring high-quality Acceptance Criteria and supporting teams through continuous improvement and collaboration.
This role plays a key part in driving predictable delivery enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring customer and business needs are captured and translated into actionable work.
What do I need
- Strong background in project management / business analysis (non-technical)
- Solid understanding of contact centre operations and processes
- Agile methodology: experience writing epics stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience hosting refinement and showcase sessions
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
