Here youre empowered to make a difference in childrens lives as the Retail Store Manager of our exciting new Prospect Op Shop where youll be at the forefront of driving our retail vision. Your role will involve leading a diverse team of volunteers inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service and meet store targets. From managing the volunteer roster to spearheading store opening youll play a pivotal role in maximising profits while creating positive change.
You will make a difference by:
Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targets
Providing ongoing mentoring coaching training and support for volunteers
Assisting to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Managing the volunteer roster and ensure shifts are covered
Collaborating with the retail team to drive sales and maximise profits
