Job Summary

We are currently seeking a QC Technician for our Clinton Tennessee facility. This position will be a Weekend Crew 1st Shift - Fri - Sun or Sat - Mon 7:00AM-7:30PM Mon.-Fri. 7:00AM-7:30PM. Starting rate for this position $18.50 and up depending on experience. We also offer a weekend shift differential which is an additional $3.00 per hour for all hours worked on the weekend crew.

The ideal candidate will ensure all products/materials meet quality requirements through quality control testing and sample compounding; ensure formulas are maintained; and that all company resources are utilized efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements/Skills:
High school diploma or GED
One year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.
Must pass a Hue/Chroma Munsell Test and a math test.
Ability to have thorough knowledge of lab equipment and procedures raw materials and finished products.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
