HPM is seeking a experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects based mostly in the Defor heavy equipment operators primarily responsible for supporting project and earth-moving operations. 5 years of experience operating front end loader excavator blade dozer and scraper is required.

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00/hour(Depends on experience)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Safety is a top priority and should be proactively addressed in daily activities.
- The ability to halt work if you observe any unsafe activities.
- It is essential to conduct and document daily equipment inspections.
- Understand equipment blind spots and use spotters when working in confined areas.
- Report any deficiencies in quality control immediately.
- Provide various support to the project team and follow the schedule. This may include:
- Excavating for new utilities
- Loading trucks and moving materials
- Site grading and shaping
- Demolishing existing structures or pavement
