- Negotiate contracts prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company
- Oversee the entire purchasing process from requisition to delivery ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads to determine purchasing needs and forecast demand
- Analyze market trends pricing data and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of purchases inventory levels and supplier information
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and relevant regulations
- Coordinate and conduct regular inventory audits with storeroom personnel
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for purchased goods and services
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality supply
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in procurement practices
- Drive Accors ESG goals by selecting eco-friendly vendors and identifying opportunities to reduce waste in the supply chain.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost savings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Experience with procurement software and inventory management systems
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity within a hotel or facilities management environment.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with brand standards.
