Business Analyst Web and Mobile Banking

Your Team

As experts of Avaloqs Web & Mobile Banking solutions we are responsible for developing improving and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European market. Following agile development processes we take care of all aspects related to our Web Banking offering by leveraging on our Avaloq Core Platform and tailoring the product to the market demands. You will be part of an international and dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across several locations all over Europe. 

Your responsibilities

As a Business Analyst you take ownership and responsibility of your area of expertise which includes:

• Analyze production issues and work with the development team to resolve them
• Evaluate possible scenarios and recommend best business and IT solutions
• Design and document business solutions in Avaloq
• Participate in implementation workshops
• Conducting analysis and documentation of test cases to ensure high-quality releases
• Supporting testing cycles particularly System Integration Testing to validate performance and functionality

Qualifications :

• Proven track record of working in a similar role ideally within a banking business
• Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated proactive and structured working method with a passion for learning
• Business fluent in both German and English

It would be a bonus if you have:

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Economics or equivalent
• Experience with Web and Mobile App development
• Knowledge of the banking industry
