Job Summary

Technical and disciplinary management of the Oil & Gas Upstream sales team
Budget planning and ensuring budget compliance
On-site customer visits together with EMENA (Europe Middle East & North Africa) subsidiaries and representatives
Generation and transfer of industry-specific knowledge
Identifying and analyzing market trends and deriving measures from them
Competitor monitoring and analysis
Preparation and delivery of product and business area presentations
Participation in international business field meetings trade fairs and congresses
Occasional participation in ASM/IASM meetings
Maintenance of the associated reporting system

Qualifications :

Ideally a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering further training as a pump engineer or successfully completed further training as a technician or comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of the design of rotary positive displacement pumps
Experience in the oil and gas industry and knowledge of the functioning and selection of downhole pumps would be an advantage
Process-oriented committed and independent way of working
Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
High degree of flexibility resilience communication skills and ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for several days at a time both domestically and abroad
Confident use of common IT tools in particular MS Office and SAP
