- Assist the Revenue Manager in preparing daily weekly and monthly revenue reports and performance reviews.
- Participate in the development and execution of pricing and yield strategies.
- Contribute to the analysis of market trends booking patterns competitor performance and demand drivers.
- Maintain and update forecasting models for rooms F&B and other revenue streams as requested.
- Ensure data accuracy across RMS PMS GDS and channel management platforms.
- Monitor pickup pace and segmentation performance highlighting risks or opportunities to the Revenue Manager.
- Generate dashboards and insight-driven summaries for senior leadership.
- Inventory Pricing & Distribution
- Manage daily rate loading restrictions and inventory controls across all distribution channels following direction from the Revenue Manager.
- Conduct rate parity checks to ensure consistency across OTAs and brand channels.
- Assist in optimizing channel mix and reducing distribution costs.
- Support the Revenue Manager in the maintenance of all revenue-related systems including RMS channel manager and forecasting tools.
- Assist with system configuration updates testing and troubleshooting.
- Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures for the department.
- Work closely with Sales Marketing Reservations and Front Office to ensure alignment with the revenue strategy.
- Attend commercial meetings and present insights on performance trends and forecast updates.
- handle all requested task by manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Finance Economics or a related field
- Previous experience in revenue management reservations data analysis or hospitality operations preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
