Job Summary
- Responsible for supporting definitions and collecting information regarding Master Data Definitions and Governance for Financial Accounting (FI) and CO (Controlling)
- Strong collaboration with E2E Process Teams to make sure all Master Data elements within SAP S/4HANA are fit-for-purpose
- Collaborate with E2E Process Teams to ensure the definition and documentation of Master Data Definitions and Governance for assigned objects ensuring the following activities:
- Identification of Master Data objects in scope ownership and co-ownership
- Master Data standards rules and definitions including field list applicable for companys scope field conditions list of values and business rules
- Business scenarios impacting Data Definitions or Data Governance
- Master Data Lifecycle Processes
- Quality standards and KPIs
- Guarantee the activities to ensure high quality Master Data in SAP S/4 together with proper documentation
- Provide support to data migration activities that will be done by a dedicated team
Qualifications :
- Hands on experience in the key SAP S/4 functionalities regarding FI and CO in manufacturing business
- Good understanding of the integration between FI&CO and the other modules of S/4HANA
- Knowledge of other SAP Modules will be preferred
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication
- Good English communication skills
- Team player able to share knowledge and support colleagues
