Job Purpose:
Executive-Brand Marketing & Insight this role supports marketing execution brand concept creation and insight-based development initiatives for new brand of Minor Food. Primary focus of the role is hands-on marketing execution followed by creative concept development for existing and new brands. The role also includes portion involves basic market and consumer research to ensure ideas are grounded in consumer understanding and market trends both on brand communication and new brand concept creation.
The role requires strong logical & creative thinking basic economic and market awareness and the ability to use AI tools to support ideation content development and visual concept direction.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution
Support day-to-day execution of marketing activities across digital and offline platforms includes campaign rollouts simple graphic creation promotional activities and local store execution.
Track weekly brand performance and brand campaigns activities (e.g. sales trends engagement metrics traffic and customer feedback). Provides key results and learning for improvement opportunities.
Assist in preparing marketing materials presentations and internal communications.
Concept Development
Conduct basic desk research on market trends competitors and consumer behavior to support brand strategic decision-making for existing and new brand development.
Support development of new brand concepts positioning and creative directions for new brands.
Assist in creating key messages and communication ideas for campaigns.
Track cultural lifestyle and category trends relevant to brand development and innovation.
Ability to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Gemini Midjourney) to support in generating concept ideas mood boards and visual directions is a plus
Support ad-hoc consumer and market analysis tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Management/ Marketing / Communication arts or relevant subjects.
Min 1-2 years of related experience in brand marketing or creative agency.
Good to have an ability in using basic AI tool and basic graphic design.
Consumer research experience/exposure both quantitative and qualitative is a plus

Fluent in English & Thai MS Office (advance PPT & Excel required).
